This appointment is for new patients, or for patients returning after a period of time. A thorough case history is taken, with careful consideration of your current concerns, menstrual and hormonal health, fertility history, pregnancy or postpartum status, and overall wellbeing. Any relevant investigations such as blood tests, scans or medical reports are reviewed where applicable.
Following assessment, a personalised treatment plan is formulated and discussed, including expected outcomes and prognosis. The appointment concludes with an acupuncture treatment tailored to your presentation.
An initial consultation is required for new patients, or for patients not seen within the past twelve months.

Follow-Up Consultation & Treatment
45 -50 minutes
$175 Sydney Based Patients | $155 Newcastle Based Patients *
Follow-up appointments focus on continuing treatment and supporting progress over time.
Each session includes a review of changes since your last visit, assessment of response to treatment, and refinement of your care plan as needed. Treatment is adjusted to reflect where you are in your cycle, fertility journey, pregnancy, postpartum period, or broader health goals.

Yes. An initial consultation is required for all new patients, or for patients who have not attended the clinic within the past 12 months, to ensure treatment remains appropriate and up to date.

This varies depending on your presentation and goals. For fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care and hormonal support, treatment is typically most effective when delivered over a series of sessions. This will be discussed during your initial consultation.

The 5-visit care package includes five follow-up acupuncture treatments. It does not include the initial consultation and is designed for patients requiring more comprehensive or ongoing care.

Yes. Private health fund rebates apply to both initial and follow-up treatments. Receipts are provided after each appointment, including appointments within a care package.

Care packages are designed to support ongoing treatment over time. In the event that circumstances change, any unused sessions will remain valid for six months from the date of purchase. Please feel free to discuss your care plan at any time.

Yes. The package offers a $100 saving overall, equivalent to $20 off each follow-up treatment, while maintaining the same length and quality of care.
